Information about order handling and customer service during April and May 2015

Change of business system

Dear customers,

We would like to inform you that Svanova is changing its business system and this will affect our order and e-mail handling as well as customer services during the period of April 16 to May 12 due to training and migration of the system. During this period we will not be able to respond to your inquiries and offer you our ordinary service and support. The change of business system may cause delays however we will do our best to make the delays as short as possible.

Orders placed before April 20, will be processed and delivered prior to April 30. Normal order handling is open again May 12.

Please note that from April 30 to May 12 our order handling system will be COMPLETELY shut down and we will not be able to process any orders or arrange shipment.

The system is open again from May 12 but some delays may still be experienced for a period of time.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you!
